FixTheFile is an automated file processing platform that may provide services including file conversion, audio extraction, speech transcription, image enhancement, and other file utilities. Available features may change over time.

Uploaded files are processed automatically and are not routinely reviewed by humans. We cannot be held responsible for automated processing results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixTheFile is not liable for lost, corrupted, or damaged files, service interruptions, results not meeting your expectations, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days, or USD $10 if no payment has been made.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of transcriptions, the quality of image enhancement, or the effectiveness of noise removal. Results may vary.

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. You must have the legal right to process those files. Always keep your own backups. FixTheFile is not responsible for file loss.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. FixTheFile does not review uploaded content and is not responsible for user-generated content except as required by applicable law.

You must not upload:

• Illegal content.
• Copyrighted material you do not own.
• Adult or explicit content.
• Malware or viruses.
• Personal information of others without authorization.
• Content infringing privacy rights.
• Content infringing intellectual property rights.
• Content violating any law.

We respect intellectual property rights and will remove content upon receiving a valid DMCA notice. Repeat violators will be banned. We are not liable for user-uploaded copyrighted content.

We will cooperate with law enforcement if legally required to do so. The user bears full legal responsibility for the content they upload.

We may terminate any account that violates these terms without notice.

FixTheFile owns its brand and code. You retain ownership of your files.

These terms may change at any time. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where FixTheFile operates.
