Uploaded files are processed automatically and are not routinely reviewed by humans. We cannot be held responsible for automated processing results.

3. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixTheFile is not liable for lost, corrupted, or damaged files, service interruptions, results not meeting your expectations, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days, or USD $10 if no payment has been made.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of transcriptions, the quality of image enhancement, or the effectiveness of noise removal. Results may vary.

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. You must have the legal right to process those files. Always keep your own backups. FixTheFile is not responsible for file loss.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. FixTheFile does not review uploaded content and is not responsible for user-generated content except as required by applicable law.
