Your files are processed automatically and are never reviewed by humans. They stay available for download until you upload a new file or leave the page. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
What file types does FixTheFile support?
Images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, HEIC), audio (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, M4A), video (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM), and documents (PDF). Maximum file size is 500MB.
How long does it take to process a file?
Most fixes complete in under 30 seconds. AI-powered tasks like image upscaling or audio noise removal may take slightly longer depending on file size. You'll see a progress indicator while your file is being processed.
